About the Award
This award is considered one of the key tools for encouraging and motivating the employees of Sharjah Broadcasting Authority. It serves as a means to recognize and reward their efforts within the scope of their work, by developing and improving work procedures and methods within the authority, and fostering effective and integrated cooperation with other relevant government entities. In its tenth year, this award represents an important step toward enhancing a culture of excellence and innovation within the authority.

Award Branches & Conditions
The award is granted to an employee from each of the following categories:

Sharjah Broadcasting Authority (Sharjah TV, Sharjah 2, Sharjah Media Academy, Sharjah sports and other departments) There will be two winners: - Best Employee - Best Supervisor

Al Sharqiya from Kalba TV There will be two winners: - Best Employee - Best Supervisor

Al Wousta from Al Dhaid TV There will be two winners: - Best Employee - Best Supervisor

Radios (Sharjah Radio, Quran Radio & Channel, Watar Radio, Pulse 95) There will be two winners: - Best Employee - Best Supervisor
Terms and Conditions
Awards will be granted to an administrative and technical employee from each of the following administrations:

Candidates must be staff members or collaborators at Sharjah Broadcasting Authority

Winner’s photo to be published on Sharjah Broadcasting Authority’s social media accounts.

30% of the award evaluation is based on the committee's decision, and 70% is based on the public vote.

Candidates must not have been subject to any punishment or notice during the past year

Candidate must have served at least 2 years at Sharjah Broadcasting Authority

A file is prepared and submitted, highlighting the key achievements accomplished during the year.
